TRE® safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. Here’s how it works: through specific movements, TRE activates your body’s natural tremor mechanism. This process engages the psoas muscles—the body’s "stress storage center"—allowing deep-seated tension to be released. The result? A calmer, more balanced state of mind and body.
